The psychological and pedagogical service centers is a special educational organization where any special child and his family can receive qualified assistance from specialists such as a defectologist, psychologist, speech therapist, typhlo- and deaf-language teachers, physiotherapist, massage therapist, etc. Services are provided free of charge and at the place of residence. Our strategic goal is to have Service centers within "walking" distance from the family where a special child is growing up.
The psychological and pedagogical service centers, opened by the Foundation in the regions and regional centers of Kazakhstan, will become the basis for creating a system of comprehensive support for families where special children are growing up and a reference point for supporting schools' efforts to include children with special needs in the general educational process.
