The key to the success of the activity of the Psychological and pedagogical service centers is the professionalism of the staff. Realizing the importance of this issue, the Foundation conducts a large number of training events in all areas of inclusive education and correctional work for children with special educational needs.

Thanks to seminars in our Service centers, many new methods and approaches have been tested and applied: a comprehensive assessment of child development KID / RCDI, physical therapy, Clubs for psychological support and parenting training, psychomotor skills, early intervention (including through play).

It is very important that the specialists trained at the seminars then share the knowledge gained with their colleagues from other districts, nearby towns and villages. The process of improving the qualifications of the personnel of the Service centers must be continuous and of high quality, since the professional growth of specialists is the key to effective and efficient correctional work.
