The “Mentors” project is a project of socialization of teenagers from orphanages through friendship with a mentor. A mentor can be any Kazakhstani over 25 years old who can be in a child's life for at least 2 years. This is not a sponsor, but a friend. A mentor shares a wealth of knowledge with a child from an orphanage, develops independent living skills in him, helps and supports, focusing on his own life experience. For their wards, they become adult friends, are able to listen and help in difficult times, give advice, guide when choosing a future and motivate to achieve your goals.
