Companies can be mentors too. In contrast to the widespread holiday campaigns and one-off events that do not help children with their future, the project offers to help the child with his or her education and the choice of a future profession.
Companies and organizations can take patronage over a group of children or one child: arrange an internship, give a scholarship. And not just to arrange, but to help socialize in the company and to acquire useful skills.
